How it works:
Before booking, please read the terms and conditions.
Complete the booking request form on this page — I’ll reach out to you if needed to answer any questions or to discuss a custom design.
You’ll receive an invoice in your email (check your junk folder). Please pay the invoice in full by October 15th to reserve your space in my painting schedule.
Please clean your window(s) by November 1st (clean windows = pretty window painting!)
I’ll paint your window(s) sometime between Nov. 1st and Nov. 21st

Design Options:
Large Snowflakes
I’ll “dust” your window with hand-painted snowflakes of various shapes and sizes. They will be spaced out in an organic arrangement across your window(s) unless you provide specific placement instructions in the order form.
Up to 20 snowflakes, 6-12” in diameter | $40
Up to 40 snowflakes, 6-12” in diameter | $60
Festive Garland
I’ll create an all-white garland full of various winter “greenery”. The garland will be placed along the bottom of your window(s) or in the outer corners, wherever I think looks best (unless you provide specific placement instructions in the order form). Based on the width of your window(s) I might create one long garland or multiple shorter ones.
Up to 6ft long x approx. 10” tall | $40
Up to 12ft long x approx. 10” tall | $60
Vintage Ornaments
*This is not a good option for tall windows as the ornament strings need something to visually “attach” to at the top and I can only reach up to 8ft from the ground.
I’ll paint an assortment of vintage-style ornaments hanging from the top of your window. They will be painted in clusters typically towards the sides of the window(s), unless you provide alternate placement instructions in the order form.

Snowy Landscape
I’ll paint a snow covered landscape dotted with fir trees and a few structures (church, house, barn, etc). The landscape will placed at the bottom of your window(s) and be placed in an area that I think looks best unless you provide specific placement instructions in the order form. Based on the width of your window(s) I might create one long landscape or multiple shorter ones.

Custom Design

Price for a custom design starts at $100 and is determined by the size and complexity of the design.
Booking Request Form:
This form either needs to be completed by the property owner or an authorized representative — the name and email address provided will be used to generate the invoice.
Holiday Window Painting Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 3, 2025
1. Scope of Work
Artist will provide seasonal window painting services as described herein:
Painting will be done at Artist’s discretion between the dates of Nov 1st - Nov 21st, 2025
The designs that will be painted are determined by the options the client selected in the booking form and/or as requested by the client in subsequent emails (i.e. for custom designs).
Painting will be done on window exteriors only
Designs will be painted only in a white, natural-white, or off-white paint. No colors will be used.
Designs will be hand-painted; streaks, irregularities, and imperfect shapes should be expected and are a part of the charm.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Providing safe, clear, and reasonable access to the window(s) for painting.
Ensuring the surface is clean, free of obstructions, and in suitable condition prior to painting.
Protecting merchandise, or other property near painted surfaces from accidental paint transfer.
Obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals (landlord, property manager, city regulations, etc.) before work begins.
Notifying Artist in advance of any special coatings, treatments, or conditions on the glass that may affect adhesion.
Removal of paint (see Maintenance & Removal).
3. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received prior to service being rendered.
4. Artwork Ownership & Use
Artwork remains the intellectual property of the Artist.
Client receives the right to display the work on their windows for the intended seasonal period.
The Client may not reproduce, copy, or sell the artwork without written permission.
5. Maintenance & Removal
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for maintaining and removing the window paint. Paint can be removed by soaking with warm soapy water, vinegar, or typical window cleaners (sometimes a scraper is needed).
Artist is not liable for any residue, shadowing, or damage resulting from removal.
6. Liability
Artist will take reasonable precautions to protect surrounding property but is not responsible for accidental damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., weak glass, flaking paint, untreated coatings).
Artist is not liable for weather-related damage, vandalism, or tampering after the work is complete.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Artist from any claims or damages arising from the display of painted windows.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If Client cancels less than [7 days] before scheduled work, the Artist may retain up to 50% of the cost of the service, and refund the rest to the Client within 30 days.
Work may be rescheduled by the Artist due to weather or unsafe conditions without penalty.
8. Changes
Last-minute, day-of, or real-time change requests are not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Artist.
Artist may choose to alter the size and placement of designs in real-time based on the size and height of window(s) and the design(s) chosen by the Client.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Oregon law in the county where services were provided.
